We always have fabulous holidays at Sand Lakehouse. The location on the Lake is perfect and the house is always clean and well stocked. Great times had fishing off the jetty, kayaking, swimming, playing pool and table tennis etc. Lots of activities to keep everyone occupied. Great for holidays with extended family. Stephen is a lovely host and always happy to answer questions. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This was a great house for 2 families with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is enough space for everyone. The house is modern and has plenty of facilities to keep the kids and adults entertained. We did lots of fishing off the back jetty, played pool and table tennis. The BBQ and firepit were also handy too. To top it off Stephen was a great host.

Property comes with everything that was described online and had everything you would need for a long weekend. Stephen, the owner was really helpful with directions to shops and restaurants. Our kids loved staying here, being closed to the lake and ducks meant they could feed the ducks, learn to fish and run around the backyard having fun. We had a great winter break. Thank you for having us 🙂

We moored our little boat at the jetty and had great success fishing – caught about a dozen large fish over a couple of days! Table tennis and pool table great fun. Plenty of room for 8 people. Flexible checkin/out times. Thank you for a lovely break.

The photos and description of this property perfectly justified how spacious, tidy and fun this place was both inside and outside. A great selection of areas for various members of the family to come together and catch up or even to have space of their own to relax. Not to mention the great range of facilities on offer to be used – pool table, table tennis, kayak and paddle boards! As well as the range of information available on local activities and restaurants provided in the guest hand book!

Host was very prompt, polite and helpful with all enquiries I had. Couldn’t have been nicer. Only slight inconvenience was the bins not being emptied by council garbage trucks, so we had to dispose of our rubbish ourselves.

This property comes highly recommended so much so that I look forward to booking “Sand” again next summer break! Thank you Stephen and Anne for sharing your wonderful lakeside home with us! For my family and I who have stayed at quite a few holiday houses over the past few summers, “Sand” was by far, the best summer holiday house we have stayed in so far!

We stayed over the June long weekend with 4 couples and 2 children.

The property is perfectly placed and very well equipped. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and we loved the little touches they have added!

Sunsets are amazing and the jetty provided a perfect back drop for afternoons of fishing and sitting in the sun enjoying a drink or two.

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away!

What an amazing location! The house came fully equipped for outdoor activities for the adventurous as well as accomodating for an entertaining night in. Steven is a wonderful person to deal with and is super understanding and welcoming. I had organised a surprise getaway for my partners birthday and had invited his mates and their partners along in secret. It was truly the ultimate surprise and everyone had a fantastic time.

Just got back from this lovely house. Beautiful setting right on the lake. The house was so comfortable for our 2 families, lots of room , there was 9 of us and we never felt crowded. Our teenagers enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and plenty of games that were available . The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were so comfortable . No complaints here, would definatley recommend a stay here. Will absolutley come back!

What a great place to stay! My friends and I went to the Sand for a weekend together. The place is advertised exactly as is, a beautiful location and the house was amazing! There was plenty of activities for us to do within the house – pool table, table tennis, BBQ’ing and fishing so we didnt even leave the premises for the weekend.
