Sand Lake House provides accommodation for up to 11 guests. Tariffs start at $575 per night and peak at $775 per night (during Christmas holidays). Weekends are typically $1720 inclusive. A $330 cleaning & linen charge is applied to each stay. These rates are available for direct bookings only i.e. not through AirBnb, Stayz or other booking websites. You will typically save approximately 8% by booking direct rather than though our Stayz or Airbnb listings. There is also a refundable $1,000 security bond deposit payable for each stay.
